Our Theory of Change

Theory of Change (ToC) is a specific type of methodology for planning, participation, and evaluation that is used, also in the not-for-profit sector, to promote social change. Theory of Change defines long-term goals and then maps backward to identify necessary preconditions.

With our work we intend to contribute to a world where gender equality is achieved. In order to do so, we have identified 4 main areas of interventions:

  1. GBV Prevention and Response,
  2. Income Generating Skills Development,
  3. Right Awareness and Education Support
  4. Institutional Collaboration.
